1c. Agreement: the assignment agreement between the client and Fotograaf Koopman.
2. These general terms and conditions apply to all legal relationships between Photographer Koopman and a counterparty, also after the end of an agreement, unless the parties have deviated from these conditions in writing and expressly.
3. General terms and conditions used by a counterparty are expressly rejected by Fotograaf Koopman.
4. Fotograaf Koopman has the right to revoke this offer up to two days after receipt of the acceptance of his offer...
